The Quality Assurance Unit supports the study program, coordinating with the Faculty Quality Assurance Team (TPMF) and reporting to the Vice Dean of Academic and Student Affairs regarding the control and assurance of program standards and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop/revise Standard Operating Procedures in the department.
  2. Audit the implementation of Outcome Based Education (OBE), including assessment results of Course Learning Outcomes (CPMK) by lecturers.
  3. Inspect and audit the Teaching and Learning Process (PBM), including Semester Learning Plans (RPS) and exam questions, and coordinate RPS evaluations by expertise group lecturers.
  4. Monitor follow-up actions and risk management in management review format conducted by the head of the department/program.
  5. Collaborate with the department/program head to update national/international accreditation data regularly.
  6. Assist the program head in preparing periodic (quarterly) internal/external audits related to education standards.
  7. Monitor data entry for the University’s Academic Quality Assurance Information System (SIPMA) audits by the program head.
  8. Monitor the periodic (quarterly) achievement data entry of Key Performance Indicators (IKU) by the department/program head.
  9. Collaborate with the program head to develop the Plan-Do-Check-Act (P-D-C-A) for education standards in the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI).
  10. Regularly coordinate with the department/program head and report audit results and P-D-C-A to the Faculty Quality Assurance Team (TPMF).
